This is one of my favorite tracks that I've made. I thought hard about what sounds I wanted and I spent most of the time just tweaking and playing around with presets to find a sound that worked with what I was going for.

Eventually, I came up with this kind of fast-paced thumping rhythm along with the main arpeggiated synth and from there I just kept playing the song over to try to visualize the song in my head.

My favorite part is probably the bassline because I think it fits well with the mood of the song. Usually I would use 808s or some kind of sub-bass to fill in the low end but I wanted something that you could clearly hear and that was a driving force in the song.
